Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ec333" refers to the ec333 online casino and sports betting platform, operated at ec333.io, including all associated services, features, games, and promotional activities available through the platform.
• "Platform" means the ec333 website, mobile-optimised site, and any related digital interfaces through which services are accessed.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers an account with ec333 or accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software provider whose games are made available on the ec333 Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transactional currency of the ec333 Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone under which ec333 customer support operates and all Platform activity timestamps are recorded.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the ec333 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age and meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information provided during registration and subsequent use is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ec333 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, communications, or representations, whether written or oral.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an Account on ec333, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ec333 or any other gaming operator;
• You are not acting as a representative of, or wagering on behalf of, any other person;
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by ec333 for breach of these Terms.

3.2 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the ec333 registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, contact information, and any additional details requested for identity verification purposes. ec333 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card, passport, or utility bill — at any stage of the registration process or subsequently.

3.3 Account Verification

ec333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming standards. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity on your Account until verification is complete. ec333 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until the KYC process is satisfied.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on ec333. If ec333 identifies that a single individual holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — ec333 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those Accounts without notice.

Account Rules

4.1 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person. ec333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by a failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ec333 support at [email protected] immediately. ec333 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account following notification.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all personal information associated with your Account remains accurate and current at all times. If any of your details change — including your payment method, contact number, or email address — you must update your Account profile promptly. ec333 is not liable for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated Account information.

4.3 Account Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and Bonus Funds are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ec333 does not support multi-currency accounts. There are no currency conversion charges applied to transactions processed in BDT through supported local payment channels.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ec333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time under normal processing conditions. ec333 does not charge any fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one hour of submission under normal operating conditions, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements.

ec333 reserves the right to extend withdrawal processing times in cases where additional identity verification is required, where a withdrawal request is flagged for security review, or where the relevant payment provider is experiencing technical delays beyond ec333's control.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal of funds is subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified in accordance with ec333's KYC requirements;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must have been met in full;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance;
• Your Account must be in good standing with no active investigation or security hold.

5.4 Refused Transactions

ec333 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, use of payment credentials belonging to a third party, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, ec333 may request additional documentation before processing is resumed.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on ec333 are subject to the specific Terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements may differ between casino games, slots, and sports betting. Games that are excluded from contributing to wagering requirements will be identified in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ec333 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Patterns of play that ec333 reasonably determines to constitute abuse — including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies solely designed to clear wagering requirements, exploitation of promotional conditions, or coordinated activity across multiple Accounts — may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

6.4 Rewards Programme

Participation in the ec333 Rewards programme is subject to the specific terms of that programme, available on the Rewards page. Points earned through the Rewards programme have no cash value and may not be transferred between Accounts. ec333 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Rewards programme at any time upon reasonable notice to active members.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets and wagers placed on ec333 are final once confirmed by the Platform. ec333 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an error on the part of ec333 has demonstrably occurred. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types and are displayed at the point of placement.

7.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or clearly incorrect odds or payout display, ec333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. ec333 is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from errors caused by hardware, software, or human fault. The rule "pays wrong pays" does not apply on the ec333 Platform.

7.3 Game Providers

Casino games and slot titles available on ec333 are provided by third-party Game Providers. The rules of each individual game are governed by the respective Game Provider's certified rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between ec333's general betting rules and a Game Provider's specific game rules, the Game Provider's rules shall apply to that game.

7.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket fixtures covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are subject to ec333's sports betting rules. Markets may be suspended or voided in the event of match abandonment, postponement, or significant rule changes by the governing body. Settlement of markets will follow the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent).

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ec333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using payment credentials that do not belong to you or are not registered in your name;
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Placing bets or wagers while subject to a self-exclusion order on ec333 or any connected platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports fraud;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ec333 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

All content on the ec333 Platform — including but not limited to the ec333 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ec333 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to ec333 or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ec333 Platform without the prior written consent of ec333. Unauthorised use of ec333's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ec333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, or any other financial loss.

ec333 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. While ec333 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond ec333's reasonable control.

In all cases where ec333's liability cannot be excluded by law, ec333's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

ec333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available in full at the Privacy Policy page. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ec333 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and Game Providers solely to the extent necessary for the provision of ec333's services.

Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ec333 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Termination by ec333

ec333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ec333 reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activity, or if your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to ec333, other players, or third parties.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ec333 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, where the breach involved fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or systematic abuse of the Platform.

Amendments to These Terms

ec333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — ec333 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice posted on the Platform.

Your continued use of the ec333 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
